Modular Construction Faster, Cheaper, Greener Homes

What is Modular Construction?

Modular construction is a process where homes are built in sections, or modules, in a controlled factory environment. These modules are then transported to the building site and assembled, much like putting together a giant Lego set. This differs significantly from traditional on-site construction, where every aspect of the house is built from the ground up on the lot.

Faster Build Times: A Significant Advantage

One of the most compelling benefits of modular construction is speed. Because the modules are built concurrently in a factory, weather delays and material shortages—common setbacks in traditional building—are significantly minimized.
